New York Centric Construction Flooring and Woodwork began with two flooring employees in 1999 who left a major flooring company to start Elegant Floors, Inc. Recently one employee- Adam created the name
and concept of NYCentric for entertainment purposes, formerly a partner with Luis R. in Elegant Floors, Inc., in 2010 he created NYCentric Construction and Flooring LLC.
NYCentric Specializes in:
***WOOD FLOOR REFINISHING AND SANDING:
Applying stain (color) and polyurethane to newly installed
floors, sanding and restoring floors with polyurethane, scratches, and/or other damage.
***WOOD RESTORATION:
Restoring and refinishing of stairs, banisters, railings, and
other damaged wood products. Also applying stain and polyurethane to any wood product.
***WOOD INSTALLATIONS:
Installing hardwood floors and construction of basic
furniture and cabinetry (counters, islands, bookcases, etc.)
***BASIC FLOOR INSTALLATIONS/MAINTENANCE:
Installing faux wood floors, vinyl, vct, tiles, ceramic/slate, linoleum, also buffing/waxing, and maintenance of all types of flooring.
***FINISH WORK:
Painting and basic construction finish work. Ranging from
changing fixtures to restoration of damage/decay. Also
carpentry finish work such as moldings and cabinetry.
